All payments are due upon receipt. We accept all major credit cards .If payment is not received or declined items will not be shipped.
Shipping is paid by the buyer in the amount agreed at the time of purchase. If your item is lost during shipping, the purchaser must contact shipping company and file a claim, Once claim is concluded we will take action .
International shipping costs may increase and customs fees may apply upon arrival to your country (WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES AND TAXES OR EXTRA SHIPPING FEES CHARGED).
If your item is damaged during shipping we will not be held responsible.
Refund / Exchange Policy
Items are not entitled to be refunded. If an item is defective, the item may be eligible for a replacement it and it must be approved by our management . We offer one time exchange per customer if requirements are met. If you prefer to exchange an item, please email email@example.com.
If you wish to cancel your order, order was returned undeliverable as addressed, refused, order was not claimed while on hold by carrier at their location, refused to pay for duties & taxes on (international orders), or you have already processed your one time exchange and are not satisfied a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
