3)      Q: What are your customer service hours & online store hours ?

           A: Monday-Friday 2pm-8pm / SATURDAY & SUNDAY - CLOSED . Our online store is avaiable 24/7.

4)      Q:  I sent an email and why I have not received a response?

           A: We have a high volume of daily emails and can take up to 24 hours to respond, but we do not guarantee a quick response.

5)      Q: Do you offer refunds?

          A: No, we only provide exchanges at this time.

 

6)      Q: My exchange still did not fit can I get a 2nd exchange?

          A: No, we only provide 1 time exchange at this time.

 

7)      Q: What is the best size for me?

          A:  Please review our online size chart or book an appointment to come in for a fittings.

 

8)      Q: How do your sizes run?

          A:  Our products are 100% manufactured and made in Colombia and run small. We recommend you order according to our size chart.

9)      Q: What are your prices?

          A:  All of our products and services prices are online. Please note that all prices listed are subject to change.

 

10)    Q:  I selected the wrong size, color and/or style etc. can it be changed before shipping?

          A:  No, Due to us having a high demand we are not able to make changes before orders are shipped.

 

11)     Q: I placed my order and made a mistake on the shipping address can you change it before it shipped?

          A:  We do not have access to the billing system and You will need to call Pay Pal. Otherwise, your order will ship to the address submitted.

 

12)    Q: I received the incorrect item or size, what should I do?
